The most talked about music sensation Chief One has won his first award at the 5th annual 3music Awards after receiving mainstream plugs.
Chief One battled with JJ Gonami and Mawuli Youngod representing the Volta Region of which He emerged a winner, to face-off equally talented musicians from the rest of 15 Region of Ghana.
On the awards night held in Accra at the Grand Arena, Chief One was crowned with the Next Rated Act of The Year 2022. This is huge accolade for Chief One because it not easy getting into a mainstream as an upcoming Act.
Chief One is currently enjoying all these successes with "Here I Come EP" a body of work he has released earlier this year. The 6-track on the EP speakers how huge an Artiste he is that the industry needs to protect, project, push, celebrate and export into the global market.
