| Stonebwoy takes Easter Concert to White Dove Hotel in Dzodze on Monday, April 18th |
Above One Entertainment in collaboration with White Dove Hotel in Dzodze will be hosting Stonebwoy for this year’s Easter Celebrations on Monday, April 18, 2022.
It’s been quite a while Stonebwoy staged a mega concert in
Ketu North, thus, this one is a major one for the indigenes of the area; for
this reason the show is themed “The Return Of Stonebwoy”.
Already there’s word circulating on the streets of Dzodze
about Stonebwoy’s coming for the Easter rave inside White Dove Hotel. This
story and the promotional materials online definitely repletes the suspense of
many who were waiting for the news to be officially announced.
CEO of White Dove Hotel, Mr. Prince Ronald Vincent Ahiadzro,
who broke the news to Elorm Beenie over the weekend, was very happy about
Stonebwoy’s return to his community. The CEO has partnered Above One
Entertainment, one of the big and fast-growing event companies in Ketu North to
bring the 2015 BET Winner back home.
In his own words, “when you talk about Stonebwoy, the whole
Ghana and the whole world shakes. He is a very powerful musician with a huge
fanbase across, and down here both the young ones and the elderly love him.
Stonebwoy’s coming back to the community is like the second coming of Jesus
Christ and we can’t wait to see him climb the stage that day. I love music a
lot and I love dancing a lot myself so I can’t wait to meet him myself. It will
be a very big celebration for our people this Easter.”
CEO of Above One Entertainment, Godwin Ahedor, also added
that he is “quite elated that Stonebwoy who can decide to be anywhere or
elsewhere in the world during the big festive season of Easter decided to
choose Dzodze and it is quite humbling.”
Dzodze, the capital of Ketu North is a fast growing town in
the Southern part of the Volta Region of Ghana and a bread basket for the
country with many farmer folks; the community is also situated at a very
strategic location which pulls audiences from Neighbouring towns like Aflao,
Denu, Agbozume, Akatsi, Sogakofe, Kpetoe and even from Ho to attend
concerts. During the period of Easter,
many natives of the town who live in the city come back to commune with their
families back home and reconnect, hence, it’s a good occasion to have the
Ghanaian Music Heavyweight, Stonebwoy, in their midst for such a mega show.

White Dove Hotel established almost 3 decades ago has been
an iconic venue for many events and a well secured place for people to lodge.
Many Ghanaian Music Legends like Amakye Dede, Nana
Acheampong, just to name a few have played shows inside White Dove Hotel in the
past. The Hotel has a huge crowd holding area of about 7,000 in estimation. The
facility also has a very big swimming pool which is completely free for patrons
to come and swim and on the day of the event it will be open for public use for
those who secure tickets to the Stonebwoy concert.
